Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for a projector upgrade (specifications attached). We received bids from four (4) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

Southern Computer Warehouse – $35,274.60

CDWG – $33,544.80

Technology Express – $34,620.00

Central Technologies – $35,157.00

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications.
